Whilst complying with the need to have a "Responsible Entity" plus an "Australian Financial Service License" and the issuing of Product Disclosure Statements, The Real Estate Property Shop Projects Division has become very successful in getting groups of investors formed through Unit Trusts to buy the freehold of Waterfront development land.

The main features of our property syndicates are that they relate to specific developments, each development trust has its own PDS and is wound up upon the completion of that project with the profits being distributed to the unit holders.

Because the Unit Trust does not borrow and funds (the Property Shop as project managers do), the investors may use their own self managed superannuation funds to invest in these syndicates.
