I/We understand that the application will not be process until a holding deposit has been paid. The form of payment is by cash, eftpos or credit card. (Equivalent of one week's rent). I/We understand that if the application is processed and approved, and then the application is withdrawn, the holding deposit will be forfeited.

I/We understand that when a holding deposit is paid via credit card that a merchant fee is applicable. The cost of hte merchant fee is 1.25%. This fee is non-refundable.

I/We understand and agree to pay all move in costs associated with this application within 24 hours of acceptance. The cost is equivalent to seven weeks rent plus a $100.00 pet bond (where applicable) less the cost of the holding deposit.
